Etymology of focus

As many other words borrowed from Latinfocus (“hearth, fireplace”). Some connect this along with faciēs, facētus, fax to Proto-Indo-European*bʰeh₂- (“to shine”).

My way to be more focused:

• I used to increase my focus by thinking that I can’t do more of my best and I have my preconditions.
• Like a flash , you need to remove all obstacles in your way, all distractions  t.ex. cellphone, noises, energy taker persons. Busy is not productive.
• Understand why to focus on one task is the best way of doing tasks and it is more productive method with quality. It has been proved by many science studies.
• Meditating strength your mental fitness and improve your focus on only breathing.
• Many factors affect your focus like good sleep, exercise, eat well..
• Set a priority for all tasks and accomplish them from the most important or work smart by finding the common thread (see the big picture).
• Use a timer and take breaks.

You will be like a flash when you are a highly focused person. You always pay attention to something so invest your attention.
